The
use of advanced telecommunication technologies for the support of
health monitoring, healthcare delivey, and education, commonly referred
to as E-Health, is one of the most rapidly growing areas in health
research today. With the
First International IEEE WoWMoM Workshop on
Interdisciplinary Research on E-Health Services and Systems
we aim to bring together researchers from the fields of networking, information systems, sensor technology, as well as individuals working across these various fields. The main objective is to provide a forum for the exchange of ideas and the discussion of solutions in order to share experiences among researchers, professionals, and application developers from both industry and academia.
